There are no crowds just peace and quiet a profusion of wild flowers secret coves and majestic cliffs from which Puffins Seals and Dolphins can be seen at various times during the summer. The scenery is varied and delightful the air is fresh and very relaxing. Surfing swimming and rock pooling are quite superb on Polzeath beach and windsurfing is popular at Daymer Bay.
